Why no hourly rates?
Fixed fees and fixed scopes put the risk of estimating on us, not you. You know the cost before work starts, and the deliverables are written down.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
We stop and agree the change in writing, with its cost and effect on the timeline, before doing the extra work. There are no surprise invoices.
Who owns the code and documents?
You do. Everything we build for you is handed over with its source, its documentation, and the access you need to run it without us.
Do you work outside Australia?
Yes. We work remotely across time zones, and our training cohorts are scheduled to suit both AEST and IST.
